The bridge

Collectives did their job. Fans wrote checks, boosters pooled money, and it reached the athletes. It worked for a season, but it ran on donations, and a bridge was never the destination. The House settlement made it official: schools now share revenue with athletes directly, and the collective's old role is folding into the athletic department.

Revenue share is table stakes

A school's revenue share is the cost of admission, the number every serious program now pays just to sit at the table. It's a floor, not an edge. The edge is everything built on top of it.

West End builds the layer above the cap

Legitimate, above-the-cap opportunities exist all around the program: through the school's media partner, through companies, through real endorsement and activation deals. We turn two things every program underuses into recurring, fair-market, fully-cleared income for athletes.

Fans

We're a membership and experience company. Fans don't donate; they join, and they get something real: inside content, members-only events, recruiting coverage, gear worth wearing, and actual access. That revenue funds real athlete activations.

Business

We connect companies, from national sponsors to the local business that's wanted in all along, with the athletes fans actually follow, and we build and run those deals start to finish.

A real deliverable, for a valid business purpose, cleared and documented. No handouts. No gray area.
